A true butcher block at 34" tall, the perfect height for cutting. This unit has the end grain facing up which is the strongest part of the wood. This is designed for you to prepare food on and cut on top of as well. The cart has strong industrial casters and a solid wood shelf below. Paint or stain the base and just use mineral or butcher block oil for the top to keep it food safe.
